First: Return and exchange period
A request for replacement or return can be submitted within 7 days of the date of receiving the order.
Second: Admission Requirements
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- Attach the purchase invoice or order number.
- Return the product with all accessories and original packaging.
- The product is inspected upon arrival before a replacement or refund is approved.
All products displayed in the store are covered by this policy unless otherwise expressly stated on the product page.
Third: Shipping costs
- If the reason for the order is not due to an error on the part of the store or a defect in the product: the customer bears the return shipping costs, and the original shipping fees are not refunded.
- If the reason is a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or sending a product that does not match the order: the store will bear the full shipping costs.
Fourth: Financial recovery
The refund will be sent to the same payment method used when making the purchase.
- The processing time is 7 to 14 working days from the date of receiving the returned product and may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
- If the mistake is on the part of the store, a full refund will be given, including shipping fees.
Fifth: How to submit the application
To begin requesting an exchange or refund, follow these steps:
1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email, mentioning the order number and the reason for the order.
2. Our team will contact you within 1-3 hours during working hours to confirm the order and provide you with instructions.
3. Send the product according to the instructions sent to you.
4. After receiving and inspecting the product, the replacement or refund will be completed.
